We are an international investment and project development consulting firm who, ever since its establishment in 2003, has always strived hard to provide assistance to government officials from developing countries in realizing their state-led SOC plans that are extremely vital in terms of a country’s economic prosperity. The key areas of our concern are energy and infrastructure, but we are also wide open to new opportunities in such sectors as water, environment, communication, real estate development and others. Currently, we are committed to creating a synergy with Hong Kong Harbor Star International Engineering Group so as to facilitate project developments by using its financing and EPC capability. Also an amazing synergy in the field of design and engineering will be brought forth by the partnership formed between us and SAMOO CM Architects & Engineers, one of the world's largest architectural firms with diversified services including architectural design, urban planning, construction management, sustainable design and engineering.
